Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources and Payroll, with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Access, Compliance and Title IX, the Employee Relations Investigator/ Compliance Specialist will perform investigations, must possess a strong understanding of, and dedicated adherence to, confidentiality, neutrality, provides administrative, compliance and program support for the Director of Human Resources and Payroll, the Office of Human Resources and Payroll, as well as the Director of Access, Compliance, and Title IX and the Office of Access, Compliance, and Title IX staff. Performs a variety of strategic programmatic, investigative, administrative and staff support duties for the Human Resources and Payroll office, Office of Access, Compliance, and Title IX, which require a range of skills and a knowledge of organizational policies and procedures along with the ability to work independently.
