- The role involves collaborating with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to create and implement an HR strategic plan aligned with corporate goals.
- Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, training, succession planning, culture development, and compliance.
- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of HR experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of HR disciplines and employment laws.
- Experience handling and resolving employee relations matters promptly and effectively, escalating them as needed and conducting comprehensive and impartial investigations with efficiency and objectivity.
