Job description: Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:- Work with managers and employees as needed to understand, monitor and resolve investigations and compliance support.
- Investigate employee relations incidences, interviews employees, reviews communications and other relevant data, prepares investigation results and communicates results to managers and key stakeholders involved.
- Partner and cultivate relationships with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance and Business Continuity colleagues on solutions and recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to all ER issues. Demonstrate objectivity, neutrality, and independence in all investigations, coaching, advising while evaluating risk relative to the business.
- Track, analyze, and report ER metrics to identify negative trends and issues for proactive resolution; identify positive trends and communicate appropriately.
- Possess and maintain familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations, work with stakeholders to ensure compliance and/or update state and federal regulations, policies, etc. are successfully maintained and rolled out in the region.
- Create and facilitate Employee Relations specific trainings, including Performance Management Training, Crisis Management, etc. Development of US/CAN/BRA specific trainings for global functional mgrs
- Partner with team to nurture Employee Relations brand, including identifying topics which can transition under the Employee Relations umbrella.
- Provide guidance to managers and associates regarding company policies, procedures, and interpretations of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in and promote a team environment by working with own organization and other organizations in the accomplishment of team responsibilities and objective
- Learn to thrive in a constantly changing environment.

Your Profile: Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:- 3-5 years of Human resources experience including Employee Relations knowledge
- Strong communication and problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient skills in MS Office suite, Powerpoint, Excel and Windchill
- Kowledge of IFAM Branding / presentation
- Ability to travel for business when required up to 25%
- This role is Hybrid and requires 2-3 days a week in the local office
