We are committed to providing whole person care, investing in your well-being, and enriching your career.Key Position Details:* Remote position with onsite requirement based on business needs.* Full-time, benefit-eligible.Job Description:Working closely with leaders, provide guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters to ensure fairness and legal compliance. This includes documentation, analysis and developing resolutions in an end-to-end process. Assist with Employee Relations administration involving data analysis, system documentation and maintenance.Principle Responsibilities* Workplace Investigations and Leader Coaching* Investigate concerns brought to Employee Relations through one of multiple ways - integrity line, ticket process or directly from a leader* Coach leaders and employees on performance and behavior related matters in accordance with company policies, practices and collective bargaining agreements* Guide leaders through progressive discipline process, reviewing documentation before it is delivered to ensure consistency* Oversee case volumes and record case notes within multiple HRIS systems* Partnership within Human Resources and Centers of Excellence (COE)* Build strong relationships with Labor Relations, Legal and Human Resources Business Partners* Participate in projects and cross-team initiatives as requested* Employee Relations Administration* Support the management of Employee Relations systems, such as ServiceNow, LaborSoft and various platforms used for unemployment, compliance and other related functions* Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related discipline* 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources, preferably in healthcare and/or a union environment. Experience working with Service Now, LaborSoft and ADP systems preferredPhysical Demands* Sedentary:* Lifting weight Up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequentlyPay RangePay Range: $34.83 to $47.74 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
