Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Full Time Employee Success Training Coordinator to join our Employee Success Training team located at the North Regional Training Center working .Summary:Responsible for any creation or implementation of employee success training modules for theentire Chickasaw Nation. This will include position focused trainings and any other organizational requirements.Responsibilities:* Assists in the development and review of training curriculum* Assists management in facilitating or conducting training employees and vendors on policies, procedures and guidelines- Trains individuals or groups- Develops or revises training materials and processes- Assists with implementing new procedures, processes and or guidelines- Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the Chickasaw Nation diversity goals- Provides training and policy updates to colleagues, ensuring legal compliance of management and human resources staff* Coordinates property visits, conducting evaluations, notifying facility management of outcome of evaluations and making suggestions to improve operational training* Prepare Power Point presentations, handouts/materials used and room preparation for trainings conducted* Tracks, logs and maintains all training activity, such as scheduling classes, tracking attendance, rating performance, collecting feedback and evaluating effectiveness of training program* Marketing training programs, timelines, expectations, and reports through the Learning Management System* Assists Manager with the preparation or implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan as related to the training department* Acts as a representative for the training department at any or all necessary events pertaining to training* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made- Greets and engages with a smile- Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment- Maintains and promotes professionalism- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.* Performs all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Essential:* Able to follow instructions, both written and oral * Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements* Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability* Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines* Organizational and time-management* Strong working knowledge of training and development concepts and processes * Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management* Interpersonal skills to motivate, investigate, inspire* Strong ability to write clearly, concisely, and accuratelySkills:Essential:* Basic Computer skills* Intermediate skill using Microsoft Office productsExperience:Essential:* 3 years directly related experienceEducation:Essential:* High School, GED or Equivalent* Bachelors Degree in directly related fieldEssential:* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field required, and/or completion of the Customer Experience Candidate ProgramCredentials:Essential:* Standard Driver's License* Pass gaming background check* Pass general background check* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned positionWorking Conditions:Essential:* Works in an office setting* Must be flexible with work schedule* Sitting up to 50% of shift* Standing up to 50% of shift* Walking up to 50% of shift* Sometimes bend, kneel, stoop, push, reach* Sometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbs* Travel is primarily within Chickasaw Nation boundaries* Pass pre-employment drug test
