Job Summary: Responsible for the planning and execution of employer wellness programming at an assigned employer site(s). Responsible for site-specific budget(s), allocation of resources, coordination of the Wellness Committee infrastructure and participates in the monitoring of population outcomes with other site stakeholders. Strives to consistently improve wellness programing through corporate goal setting, assisting in the development of population-relevant programming, incorporating the latest available technology and offering beneficial incentives to participants. Adheres to work procedures and performance standards that comply with CaroMont administrative policies. Consistently demonstrates CARES behaviors in all interactions. Practices the utmost discretion and integrity in the handling of confidential information. Seeks knowledge to keep abreast of new trends in employer wellness. Maintains membership and actively participates in relevant professional organizations.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required. Two years of worksite wellness experience preferred. Current relevant certification (ACSM, ACE, CHES) preferred. Strong planning, leadership, communication and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate special events and work flexible hours to include early mornings, evenings and weekends to meet the demands of worksites. Working knowledge of media and equipment.
