Description of Work:The Employment and Training Specialist position will provide basic career services, outreach services, assessment activities, eligibility determination, and recruitment. Establish cordial and productive relationships with all internal and external organizations and community partners. Deliver case management services while maintaining trust, rapport, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity to all participants in Federal and State funded programs such as WIOA, TANF, and EARNThe ETS employee will become familiar with the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) and be able to navigate through the numerous facets of our operating system.
