Job description: Our client is currently in search of an Experienced employment attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
- Trial experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with public entity defense a plus
- Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees
- Member, State Bar of California in good standing
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Commitment to proactive case management
