Summary: Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Employment Coordinator to work in our Administrative office. The Employment Coordinator position will handle recruitment and onboarding operations for a community mental health center that services the Pine Belt area with required travels to Pike and Harrison County. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced environment and has a high attention to detail. Previous experience in recruitment and other areas of Human Resources preferred.

Through an extensive continuum of care, we strive to enable adults with serious mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, and individuals with an addiction or developmental disability to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities. Our eighteen county service area includes Amite, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Marion, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Wayne and Walthall Counties.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required Previous experience working in recruitment or other areas of Human Resources preferred Knowledge of employment laws preferred Independent work ability required Experience working in Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel, required Excellent communication skills required
Responsibilities: Supports the recruiting process to include screening and submitting qualified applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Maintains PBMHR job postings in the online applicant tracking system. Assists with the orientation/onboarding process, to include new employee presentations, benefits, and orientation paperwork. May also provide assistance to other areas of the department as needed, such as answering phones, data entry, performance appraisal process, conducting training sessions.
