Your Role:
Employment Law Associate
Lead complex employment litigation cases and provide expert legal strategies
Offer preventative counseling and risk assessment to clients
Mentor junior lawyers and lead internal training sessions
Review and draft complex legal documents and contracts related to employment
Represent clients in negotiations and mediations
Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations
