We are looking for an Employment Training Specialist to play a key role in furthering our mission in our Mission Services area.Summary/Objective:Reporting to the Community Employment Manager, the Employment Training Specialist provides comprehensive job search and job placement activities, including job coaching, job placement, and follow-along.Essential Functions:Responsible for the implementation of the Community Employment Program.Develop work sites with business and industry.Initiate agreements with business and industry based on their needs and the capability to meet those needs through the Community Employment Program.Coordinate problem-solving activities with referring agencies and seek necessary technical assistance to maintain employment.Be responsible for monthly documentation as required by Vocational Rehabilitation.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Service, Special Education, or other related fields preferred, but not required.
