The position strives to design and develop workflowautomation, compliance, operational efficiencies, pipeline management,help desk support and training. This position also assists in systemconfiguration as requested by Devon Banks IT department. This is a fullyremote position with headquarters in Chicago, IL.\ResponsibilitiesMaintain current knowledge of Encompass, CRM and POS features andfunctionality, providing recommendations for improvements.Partner with IT to act as business line system administrator for theupkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of systemsImplement configuration changes and customizations as required by thebusiness.Identify ways to assist management in product and/or business planningand improvement through requirements development and analysis. Proposenew product features and updates.Collaborate with department managers to determine, document, andcommunicate the impact of proposed system enhancements and changes tocurrent business processes.Collaborate with staff to solicit needs, determine feasibility, andimplement configuration changes.Create a help desk protocol with standardization of training andimplementation materials.Maintains complete document library, build custom documents as neededand maintain eFolder settings.Create and maintain a report library and builds custom reports asnecessary.Maintain all loan templates.Maintain business rules for data entry, workflow progression andregulatory compliance as requested.Manage questions and requests from internal users regarding thetechnical subject matter while troubleshooting issues and clearingtickets in a timely manner.Support audit and compliance testing.Assist IT in efforts to configure and troubleshoot the Encompasssoftware application.Oversee changes and provide clear and timely communication as necessarywith releases.Serve as an escalation point for Encompass related support issues.:::Requirements ::: {automation-id= job-requirements }High School Diploma or equivalentTwo-year Encompass 360 Bankers ExperienceCRM and POS experience a plusTwo years residential mortgage lending experienceStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify problems/issues,develop and evaluate options to implement solutionsAbility to estimate tasks, establish priorities, organize assignments,and properly allocate resources to complete assignments withinestablished timeframesAbility to analyze current environment to make appropriaterecommendations for change and to perform those changes within thecompany environmentsCollaboration to share, train and/or impart knowledge and skillset tomembers of team as it relates to implementing process change andutilizing enhanced functionalityExcellent organizational, data gathering, documentation and follow-upskillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issuesAbility to define projects tasks and routinely follow up until theproject is complete\\EEO/AAP Statement \ Devon Bank is pr oud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity andAffirmative Action employer.
