POSITION: Encompass Systems AdministratorSummary:At Cambridge Savings Bank, our purpose is to have a positive impact on our customers, employees, and the community's financial well-being. The Encompass Systems Administrator is primarily responsible for the support and configuration of the Encompass loan origination system. The Encompass Systems Administrator provides for daily monitoring, support, and maintenance of Encompass and other systems as needed. The Administrator plays a key role in implementing process improvement to ensure efficient issue resolution and to ensure the system is running at an optimized performance. This person will also be responsible for communicating and supporting system vendor upgrades to Cambridge Savings Bank end users, including internal and remote staff.Key Result Areas:Daily administration and support of the Encompass system including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects and fields.Manage Encompass enhancements through testing of new functionality, deployment to a production environment, and communication to end-users through Encompass Release Notes.Monitor interfaces to integrated systems ensuring that all systems are operating as designed.Optimize existing Loan Origination System and tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and experience.Work with teams to find ways to automate and improve Encompass functions; participate in meetings to support and resolve issues.Participate and/or lead projects to make improvements and provide end-user training and ongoing support.Direct liaison with ICE Mortgage Technology and other system vendors as needed.Maintain an effective process documenting all resolution steps to include logging of any system related changes.Analyze needs and recommend effective solutions to meet user and business objectives.In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and loan origination life cycle.Perform additional duties as required.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years Encompass Administration ExperienceEncompass Administrator Certification preferredBachelor's Degree preferredAbility to work efficiently to meet productivity standards while maintaining excellent quality.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, time management, as well as written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Environment to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.The above description covers the most significant major responsibilities but does not exclude other occasional responsibilities and accountabilities the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the major purpose of this job.Location:Hybrid/Waltham, MassachusettsAbout Cambridge Savings Bank:Cambridge Savings Bank is a full-service banking institution with over $7 billion in assets.
