Our Dealership, Jaguar Land Rover Los Angeles is looking to bring on an Encore Specialist for a full-time career!

The Encore Specialist's entire focus is on ensuring our owners understand how to fully operate the features of their new vehicle. This position is a high-luxury resource aimed at directly and personally serving our owners by taking unparalleled product knowledge out to them, wherever and whenever it is best for their schedule. The Encore Specialist therefore helps to erase the line between an owner's experience at our center and an owner's experience with his or her new vehicle.

What We Offer:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Welcome customers by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience
  • Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer's needs and comfort level
  • Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service
  • Regularly follow-up and check-in with customers and timely monitor the vehicle registration process
  • Contribute ideas toward improving the delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate a mastery of all products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in automotive retail, a plus
  • Automotive finance and lease, a plus
  • Title and registration process experience, a plus
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Consistent record of customer service excellence
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams
  • Dealer Management System experience, a plus
  • Ability to work across multiple systems
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
  • A valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record required
