Location: San Francisco CA (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an EUC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified).
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud-based solutions.

  • Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
