JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an EUC environment.
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud-based solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
