**Job Summary:** The Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of logistics operations, with a focus on rail car management, production entries, shipping coordination, inventory tracking, and administrative tasks. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
Rail Cars:
+ Order new rail cars as per operational requirements.
+ Manage paperwork associated with rail car orders and shipments.
+ Maintain Excel inventory of rail cars and update as necessary.
+ Release rail cars in GSQA (Global Supplier Quality Assurance) system.
+ Coordinate visual updates and inspections of rail cars.
+ Handle rail car repair emails and liaise with relevant parties.
+ Attend and coordinate Monday Rail Car Meetings.
Production Entries:
+ Enter production data accurately and timely.
+ Manage plate entries and adjust stripping schedule accordingly.
+ Print new production schedules as needed.
+ Prepare AMP Clamps for electricians.
+ Conduct daily production calculations and enter totals in SAP.
Shipping EMDA:
+ Coordinate loads out, including to Wetz and VTL locations.
+ Prepare Bill of Ladings for shipments.
+ Record material movements in SAP.
+ Track lot sheets for shipments in progress.
+ Send shipment updates in GSQA.
+ Maintain shipping files.
Labels:
+ Create various types of labels including Green Card Stock Labels, Color Coded Card Stock Labels, and Sticky Labels.
Raw Material Management:
+ Order and maintain raw materials inventory as per operational needs.
Administrative Tasks:
+ Record and distribute shift notes.
+ Manage batch sheets including Leach Batch Sheets, Rectifier Sheets, and Hold Batch Sheets.
+ Track off-site inventory and conduct monthly inventory reviews.
+ Maintain inventory sheets for different locations.
+ Manage work orders, including printing, delivery, and closure.
+ File completed work orders weekly/monthly.
+ Take notes during Monday meetings.
+ Compile and distribute inventory reports to stakeholders as per schedule.
+ Record overtime sheets accurately.
+ Organize and label end-of-year files.
+ Conduct completeness checks for various documents including AMP Clamp Sheets, Hot Work Permits, Work Permits, Clayton Aware Program documentation, Nuet. Tank Checklists, Instrument Cal. Lab Checklists, and Buss Sheets.
+ File monthly documentation.
+ Conduct end-of-month checklist to ensure accuracy of all entries.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
+ Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
