Thriven Design provides a full benefits package, hybrid work schedule, summer Fridays, and in-house opportunities to achieve education hours.Your ImpactWe are presently seeking enthusiastic professionals to fill roles as:Architectural Project ManagerThis role serves as the intersection point for our clients, project team, consultants, internal leadership, and other project stakeholders. For you, that means a dynamic and challenging experience, with tremendous potential for career growth and hands-on learning.Key Responsibilities:Oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including design concept, project requirements, drawing and specification development, and construction administrationManage client and team (internal and external) coordination and communicationProvide advanced working knowledge of other disciplines for guidance in building detailing, building science, envelope, and building systemsProvide review and revisions to renderings, animations, and construction documentsApply project presentation and meeting communication skillsPrepare proposals and project scope, including setting project fees and timelinesReport to the Principal-in-Charge for each project, providing project status updates on a regular basisEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in ArchitectureAt least 10 years of job-related experienceLicensure/Certification: Registered Architect or pursuing Architecture licensurePreferred Qualifications:Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential marketsExperience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environmentAbout UsLocated in Collingswood, NJ, our office is in a transit-friendly location within walking distance to the PATCO Speedline and minutes from Center City Philadelphia.
