Large western Massachusetts based energy efficiency service provider seeking an Efficiency Coordinator to meet our growing needs. We serve income eligible clients, make homes more energy efficient, and do our part to save the planet! This position requires both field work and office tasks. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their own client case load and supervise several weatherization technical field staff, oversee contractor quality and production, and act as a member of the department's management team.The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with clients, exceptional time management and organizational skills, the ability to work with multi-year deadlines, and good attention to detail. We work with multiple databases. The ability to collect and document information and ensure that all information is input correctly is a must. This is a 37.5 hour a week position with a pay range of $29.77-$31.58 per hour.Excellent benefits, training, supervision, and a collaborative work environment.
