A basic understanding of HVAC systems is required. You should have excellent computer skills and be able and willing to learn new software tools, as you will be working on a Windows PC daily utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word.Responsibilities:Perform engineering calculations on HVAC systems for energy efficiency projects.Perform site visits to research and develop projects.Assist in feasibility studies.Assist in developing and implementing new Energy Service Agreements/Measurement and Verification for customers.Assist in proposals with incentives and ROIs for projects.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Desktop PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and energy software.Required Education/Experience:Degreed Mechanical Engineer or equivalent field experience.Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
