Responsibilities
Analyze building utility consumption and cost dataEvaluate building potential prior to acquisitionManage energy and water efficiency auditsRecommend measures for reducing utility consumptionPlan and implement measures with asset management and construction teamMeasure and verify savings from implemented measuresConduct trainings for construction and property staffSupport the development of efficiency guidelines and standardsManage energy projects implementationMonitor energy focused incentives and rebatesSubmit energy focused incentives and rebatesAssist in inspections of propertiesComplete various energy related reportingPerform other duties as assignedWho You Are
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, and/or building science5+ years of relevant work experienceExpert technical understanding of energy and water efficiencyLEED, WELL, or other building certifications preferredExperience with energy auditing and modellingCertified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent, is preferredExperience implementing efficiency measures in multifamily or commercial buildingsExposure to or experience with corporate sustainability initiatives and programsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHow to Apply
