- Performing takeoffs from architectural and possibly HVAC drawings
- Attending site visits to document installation of various building assemblies, such as insulation, windows, lighting, and possibly some types of HVAC equipment
- Assist and ultimately perform blower door testing
Qualifications
- Associates degree/technical school and work experience in related field
- Understand architectural drawings, and/or HVAC drawings
- Knowledge of building construction and blower door tests
- Ability to write reports for site visits and site observations a plus
