Assume a leadership role in ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of products through the entire application life cycle. Collaborate with customer stakeholders, product vendors, architects, and business units to ensure business requirements are converted to work items for the development teams to implement in a timely manner. Ensuring all the defined delivery processes are followed. Ensuring all the deliverables follow established quality standards. Maintain an excellent understanding of the business long term goals and strategy and ensures that designs are aligned with these. Providing functional and technical direction to the team as needed. Working with internal and customer stakeholders to manage program risks and timely resolution. Manage overall program plan. Create program reports and conducting program reviews. Consults with management regarding project specifics and determine requirements, boundaries, and priorities. Skills Should have good understanding of ecommerce ecosystem. Should have excellent communication skills. Should have 12 years of experience with at least 6 in program leadership.
