They serve the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries. ROLE We are seeking an accomplished Engagement Manager with a robust background in Data Science (DS), advanced analytics, proficient in leading client-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of cutting-edge solutions within the realm of insurance analytics. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary interface between senior client management & internal Senior Leadership
- Work directly with client leadership and enable translation of business problems into analytics solution designs
- Provide thought leadership and deliver business insights to identify and resolve complex issues that are critical to the clients success
- Consult clients in the insurance business across analytical lifecycle including sales and marketing analytics, customer analytics, claims analytics etc.
- Lead entire engagement with project teams of 5 10 members
- Play critical role in defining the problem, structuring the solution & executing against it
- Own project execution with on time delivery, ensuring all project goals are met
- Reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms
- Present evaluation, results and recommendations to clients' senior managers and executives.
- Actively contribute to business development & help with attracting, hiring, retaining, developing & motivating a team of diverse and qualified staff
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Data analytics, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics or related analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement
- 6+ years of experience comprising advanced analytics, AI/ML methodologies, service delivery, consulting, solution design and client management
- Solid understanding of insurance domain and analytics concepts (basics of data science, data engineering & business intelligence)
- Good understanding of marketing analytics domain desired
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python & Tableau
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP is a plus
- Excellent listening, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving skills, keen intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and sense of drive
