About Sylvan Health
Sylvan Health makes affordable, personalized nutrition counseling accessible by providing dietitians, healthcare providers, and patients with the tools needed to improve clinical outcomes and lower costs. In a world where nearly 80% of healthcare costs are driven by chronic disease and most of these costs are directly related to nutrition, there has never been a bigger need to integrate nutrition into the healthcare ecosystem. Sylvan Health is looking to expand our team with high performing individuals to help support our growth.
