The General Maintenance Engineer will perform routine maintenance throughout both properties and will monitor, operate, and maintain the mechanical equipment in all areas. Must be able to work on their own with little or no supervision and available 24/7. Regularly required to stand walk and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds. This person should possess general troubleshooting skills to repair kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and HVAC equipment. Must be able to do general facilities maintenance to include but not limited to replace light switches, outlets, light fixtures, and work on basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment. Familiar with basic OSHA safety requirements, and fire life safety systems. This person should have some painting and patching skills. This person must have good communication skills and be somewhat proficient with computers. This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs.
