- Design, install, troubleshoot, and maintain the missile test site network and network comm switches
- Perform network security screening and encryption
- Support the Wide Area Network and the Technical Support Network
- Use COMSEC and ensure encryptors are keyed and perform properly
- Design, install and maintain fiber optic systems, network switching, communication devices and equipment and detection systems
Notes:
- This is not a telework position
- You must hold a valid driver's license
- You must own a reliable motor vehicle
Minimum Education and Experience:
- BS in Networking or Computer Science, two for one experience substitution in experience for degree
- Two years of practical field experience in network operations, maintenance, and security
Required Skills and Certifications:
- DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter
- As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance
Other required skills/experience:
- Your resume/cv accepted by our customer
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Power Point
- Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively in providing high quality services
