With rapid growth and an expanding market, they are looking to add a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to their team.Job Description: As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting the company's expansion by providing engineering and technical assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing layout and fabrication drawings based on requests from mechanical contractors, engineering firms, and the sales and distribution network.
- Coordinating with the fabrication shop and assisting in quality control of subassemblies produced.
- Providing technical support to the outside sales and distribution teams.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred. However, candidates with limited experience in piping but with strong background knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn will be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is desirable.
