Job Description:
Education: Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience.Responsibilities:Implement PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) and produce first article inspection reports to record the design, development, and validation process.Use DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) principles to improve product designs in terms of cost, quality, and effectiveness.Improve design standards and dependability utilizing 3D scanning software solutions like Creaform & Polyworks.Using AutoCAD, produce accurate engineering drawings while complying with ISO 9001:2015 guidelines and considering factors such as dimensions, materials, bill of materials, geometric dimensioning, and tolerances.Work on the creation of thorough mechanical engineering requirements for New Product Developments (NPD).Provide support for the design, incoming materials, product evaluation and reliability, inventory management, and research and development as they relate to the quality of the product or process.Use Keyshot software to prepare 360-degree views of the product.Use Lean Six Sigma principles to attain consistent product quality & product performance.Use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) during product design and development phase.Skills: PPAP, DFMA, Creaform, Polyworks, Keyshot, Lean Six Sigma, AutoCAD, & FEA.Application Instructions: Send resume to Automann, Inc DBA Automann, USA, Attn: Human Resources, 251 Docks Corner Rd, Monroe Township, NJ 08831.#J-18808-Ljbffr
