Information Technology / Corporate Applications TeamJob Summary: In this Salesforce Engineer role at RE/MAX Holdings., you will be the Senior Salesforce Administrator serving as a critical go to leader for the the Salesforce team and the broader organization and franchise network. We are seeking a proactive individual who can continuously improve our Salesforce environment by leading the design of scalable best-practice solutions, and maintaining a cohesive product that supports a 360-degree view of our world class agents and franchises. You will manage all aspects of the platform ensuring a seamless user experience with user satisfaction as a top priority. You should be comfortable leading change management, driving governance initiatives and advising on our team technical roadmap forward to align with business objectives. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and approachable way will be crucial in delivering a unified Salesforce experience that aligns with our business goals. Essential Duties:
  • Lead and coordinate administrative functions including user management, reports and dashboards, Flows, data compliance, and system audits.
  • Provide tier 2 & 3 support and aide end-users with real-time troubleshooting related to Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Partner with teams to refine, estimate, develop, test, and release Salesforce enhancements, bug fixes, and resolve technical debt.
  • Execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and rule logic definition.
  • Work within an Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business requirements.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to junior team members and peers, helping address skill gaps.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, governance policies, and data management standards.
  • Document current and future state processes and develop functional specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and recommend new solutions or enhancements.
  • Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field (optional).
  • Salesforce certifications required: Advanced Administrator (301); preferred: Platform App Builder or Marketing Cloud Admin/Developer.
  • 8-10 years of experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
  • Additional experience in Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), DocuSign CLM, or Qualtrics is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership as a senior team member, mentoring junior admins, training users, and serving as a key Salesforce advisor within the organization.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configurations, custom objects, Flows, validation rules, and automation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of data integrity management, including backups, field-level, object-level, and record-level security, along with sharing rules, permission sets, and role hierarchies. SOX Compliance experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex configurations and resolving user issues swiftly.
  • Clear communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in operating as a team leader in an Agile environment, from scoping to deployment, while coordinating with stakeholders, developers, and vendors.
Target Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
