????Our Westchester based client is growing and seeking to hire a Temporary Testing Technician ????
The Equipment Testing Technician will perform basic administrative and clerical functions to ensure that orders are properly entered in a timely and accurate manner. This position will also provide support to the Project Management team with preparing and compiling change orders.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
????-Perform comprehensive testing on a variety of machines/equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
????-Execute both routine and non-routine testing procedures to identify and resolve performance issues.
????-Adhere to quality control processes to guarantee the reliability and safety of machines/equipment.
????-Document testing, results, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
????-Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear and concise reports on testing outcomes and equipment status.
Skills and Experience:
?High school diploma or equivalent required.
?Technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., electronics, engineering, or similar) preferred.
?1+ year experience as an Equipment Testing Technician or similar role in a manufacturing and/or assembly environment.
?Familiarity with a variety of testing tools and equipment.
?Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
?Proficient in using testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?Capable of creating clear and concise reports and documentation.
?Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
????Hourly $19 - $22 depending on experience
