Our client is looking for a Engineering and Maintenance Manager for an iconic brand in Vermont!

This role will be bench strength for future promotion and be responsible for all CAPEX for new automation incoming to the plant.

• BS Degree in Engineering or multiple years of relative experience
• Past experience managing technicians in high speed manufacturing
• Ability to coach and design development plans for new interns
• Must have experience in high speed manufacturing
• CAPEX management
• Capital project experience from $500k-$5M
