This is similar to Senior Software Developer with experience in product development and production support. Resource will be accountable for a variety of design, development, and support tasks in this position, such as:
What They'll Be Doing:
- Production support & collaboration with offshore teamTroubleshoot issues reported by Customer L1 staff on any feature / functionality.
- Identify cause and provide fixes (if possible, immediate)
- Work with offshore team for further troubleshooting, issue resolution, verify in lower environment, and deploy the fix to Production environment.
- Infrastructure scale-up and scale-down (if required) based on need.
- Design/Development Approaches & Documentations:Design and development of real time software and Cloud/Web/mobile based software application.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and potential impacts.
- Participate in any requirement discussion with Customer team and coordinate with Offshore team for same.
- Perform code review following coding guidelines and static code analysis & troubleshoots software problems.
- Actively work on feature design & implementation of remote device management, backend server, user interface etc
- Coordinating and executing Development/ Sustenance/ Support activities
- Qualification:6+ years of related experience with Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in software development and architecture
- Familiarity with Electric Vehicle (EV charging) domain is good to have
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and own development tasks.
