A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Engineering Business Manager to join their Market Development team within the Civil Infrastructure Division. This individual must live in Texas (preferably DFW) as they will spearhead this market in business development, marketing, sales, profitability, and overall product development for geotextiles and erosion control products. Overall, this individual will be the face to engineers, regulatory agencies, distribution customers, the contracting community, and the transportation industry as whole. This individual will work remotely but will be traveling up to a max of 50% travel. A typical day could entail doing promotions for the company, driving business by meeting engineers, conducting lunch presentations, and creating business plans for key influencers. - Consulting Sales experience in related industry - Roadway design experience (big plus) - PE License - Experience with local DOTs - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Mgt, or related - 3 - 10+ years of experience within engineering pertaining to design, specification's, bidding, and technical reports - Experience within sales, marketing, or business development within an engineering capacity - Ability for 30-50% domestic travel
