Xsolla is hiring an Engineering Director to lead the expansion of our engineering efforts in North America, managing high-impact projects and fostering collaboration across international teams. As a strategic leader, you will drive the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, and ensure alignment with company goals. Your experience in scaling engineering teams and navigating complex, global projects will be critical to the success of our distributed team across the globe.
