About the Company Hiring: Our client is a global manufacturing company. About the Job: As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for:
- Comprehensive analysis of all manufacturing processes to identify and implement best practices
- Assign, direct and evaluate technical work ensuring engineering activities are in accordance with appropriate standards
- Propose alternative manufacturing methods, research equipment and implement them
- Lead and develop the engineering team, and assign project workload
- Monitor project lifecycle, cost, schedule and outcomes and be able to articulate them to senior leadership
- Work with internal and external customers across growing programs to promote long term relationships
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, an Electrical Engineering degree is preferred
- 10+ years of management experience
- Strong project communication, management and organizational skills
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 base salary, bonus eligible Job Status: Direct Hire
