**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to support the United States Air Force (USAF) Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Weapon System. Qualified applicants need to possess high quality work ethics to fulfill a manager level position and support the readiness and sustainment of the Real Property/Real Property Installed Equipment used within the ICBM Weapon System. The individual must hold a valid Engineering degree from an ABET accredited university.
Responsibilities include:
+ Overseeing, interpreting, and creating specifications as well as preparing, reviewing, validating, maintaining and updating As-Built drawings
+ Managing assignments and meeting strict program schedules
+ Applying engineering principles and analytical methods and techniques in supporting four ICBM units performing Real Property Installed Equipment and ICBM Infrastructure maintenance
+ Conducting comprehensive design processes including conceptual development, physical design, procurement support, engineering test, failure/root-cause analyses, and integration/support of product qualification
+ Performing professional technical work that requires in-depth knowledge and a diverse application of systems engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices, and techniques
+ Overseeing execution of systems engineering processes across the lifecycle and developing reports on project status
+ Integrating and providing support between multiple agencies
+ Assigning, monitoring and tracking workload requirements while communicating project status to the customer
+ Participating in and contributing to Branch strategy and planning events
+ Performing quality checks of engineering changes/updates for accuracy and compliance
+ Applying safety principles in all aspects of work and engineering efforts
+ 25% travel
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelors degree
+ Minimum 10 years of engineering experience that includes previous supervisory/management experience
+ Experience preparing professional documentation for reporting to upper management
+ Execute projects to improve efficiencies, drive out cost, manage change and mitigate risks
+ Knowledge in USAF As-Built/Civil Engineering Manual requirements and specifications
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Knowledge of and /or experience with the Minuteman III ICBM system
+ Work in a fast-paced environment with varying personalities across all functions
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Access and SharePoint
+ Current or recent (less than 2 years) DoD security clearance Secret or higher
+ Knowledge of and/or proficiency in using Computer Aided Design/Drafting (AutoCAD) and SolidWorks
+ Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $115110 - $125000

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
