Position: Engineering Manager

Location: Melbourne, FL area (relocation assistance available)

(commutable from Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, Rockledge, Titusville, etc.)

Description: The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers in providing manufacturing problem resolution and process improvements in a heavy industrial manufacturing plant environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering - REQUIRED
• 2+ years Engineering Manager / Leadership experience
• 5+ years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in metals manufacturing plant - working with either aluminum or mild steel
• Experience with induction welded tubing - REQUIRED
• Experience in an automated, PLC-driven environment
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Stable employment history
• Must be authorized for working in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or transfer (no visas will be sponsored or transferred for this position)

Salary will be commensurate with education/experience. We are currently focusing our sights on candidates whose experience will command around $120K-$130K. However, candidates whose salary requirements are slightly above this may still be considered.
