Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering.
Experience: Over 5 years leading engineering teams, with familiarity in Product Life Cycle Management.
Knowledge of engineering principles related to structural analysis, failure modes, design principles, metallurgy, and manufacturing to guide design and analysis tasks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering principles, SolidWorks 3D CAD, and knowledge of DFA/DFM.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects is advantageous.
