As an Engineering Painter, your attentiveness, efficiency, and commitment will ensure your hotel remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offers professional, engaging, and friendly serviceEnsure the overall maintenance of the facilityPrimary job is to paint and perform drywall repairs on propertyCorrect and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazardsMaintain all actions in a Daily Activity Maintenance logAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience in Maintenance as a painter is requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications not required but helpfulMust have basic knowledge of drywall repair, painting of all types, and ability to match textureMust be able to read, write, and speak English fluentlyAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience.
