About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee diverse projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with company goals. Your role will bridge departments like Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, driving collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scopes, goals, and plans with clear deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments.
• Oversee documentation and reporting, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
• Utilize and maintain databases, including Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, to track project performance and data integrity.

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering (PMP certification is a plus!).
• Strong organizational, time management, and delegation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
