You will supervise the improvement engineering and quality organizations. This group of multi-disciplined engineers and quality resources delivers the technology and process capability needed to safely and reliably produce high-quality products while driving high customer satisfaction. Primary requirement is that you be a leader first and an engineer second. Core responsibilities include: - Driving process safety management programs and systems to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. - Work closely with business and site manufacturing teams to define improvement goals (safety, asset productivity and quality) and leads technical and quality resources to meet these objectives. - Responsible for the professional development of technical and quality resources. - Coordinates leveraging of manufacturing technology and quality resources to improve effectiveness.- Interfaces with key business leaders to resolve issues and reconcile priorities.Benefits:- Full benefits package- Relocation
