The Work. The Under Sea Warfare (USW) Dev. Sec. Ops Syracuse Site Senior Manager is responsible for leadership of an Integrated Engineering organization through the successful capture and execution of various exciting products to include torpedo and sonar products as an example, within the Undersea Warfare portfolio at the Syracuse, New York site. This leader is responsible for and leads all engineering disciplines within Syracuse USW. A key responsibility for this individual is recruiting, strengthening, energizing, and retaining quality engineers. This leader will ensure strong process and tools are employed in engineering efforts, and a continuous improvement is made via 1 LMX and other mechanisms. The Dev. Sec. Ops Senior Manager is responsible for Cost, Schedule, and Technical Quality of all engineering products.
