Manage a group of technical engineers that provide high level technical engineering support to a petrochemical plant.
Primary Duties:
- Develop asset improvement plans and prioritize work to improve site reliability, profitability, and availability.
- Supervise and prioritize the efforts of 1 CHE and several ME's/EE's
- Provide high level troubleshooting and problems solving
- Develop and execute improvement projects up to 1 million
- Manage the project budget and build the long term asset management strategy for the site.
