You'll work with client stakeholders to fill vacancies across client accounts and internal teams within a fast-paced environment. You'll work to tight deadlines, keeping stakeholders and the team updated on progress, challenges and risks You'll ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements. You'll lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers. You'll deliver excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date. You'll ensure that all changes to a candidate's status and requisition updates are tracked in real time in all relevant systems What do I need to succeed in this role? Must haves Expertise in Investment Banking (within engineering/ Tech) Experience in managing client or customer relationships Experience of using ATS technology in a recruitment environment Experience of processing complex offers in-house or in an RPO An awareness and basic understanding of the need for compliance and legislation Nice to haves Working knowledge of recruitment technology and databases Understanding of legislation affecting area of work Who will I be working with? You'll work within Central Functions to create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Hiring Managers and make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable. You'll collaborate effectively with relevant teams, such as Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience. Why AMS?
