Job Overview:- Partner with classroom teachers to support English language development across all subject areas.
- Provide one-on-one and small group lessons to address the unique needs of ELL students.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning atmosphere where all students can thrive.
- Establish and maintain clear expectations for student behavior to promote a secure and effective learning environment.
- Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies to ensure continuous language development.
- Develop and execute instructional plans for English Language Learners (ELL), ensuring they meet both school and state guidelines.
