Enrichment Leaders manage groups of 15-25 children and deliver curriculum that is age appropriate and subject specific to children in grades Pre-K to 8th grade..RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning lesson or activity plans of activities for age groups assigned.
- Requests necessary supplies and equipment or each class/club.
- Sets up and cleans up program area daily.
- Supervises all activities at the time of the program; working with the program liaisons on class scheduling.
- Plans, organizes and leads community and agency special events for all ages and abilities.
- Assists to create and maintains ongoing inventory control of enrichment kits and equipment.
- Identifies and purchases or requisitions supplies to meet program and facility needs.
- Meets all objectives and outcomes for assigned classes.
- Classroom management and positive guidance of students.
- Maintaining positive relationships with host schools and on campus liaisons.
- All other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and respect for diversity.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of computer proficiency using Microsoft Office.
- Strong Classroom Management skills.
- Curriculum and enrichment club creation and facilitation experience.
- Ability to create, design and lead a variety of activities for all ages with primary emphasis on preschool and school age participants.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, nights and weekends.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Must be at least 18 years of age; At least 2 years of experience in out of school time, recreation or educational setting.
- Some college preferred with course work in recreation and/or education or related field strongly preferred.
- Classroom teaching experience or club strongly preferred.
- Experience in fiscal/budget management, data reporting, and management information systems.
- Demonstrated competence in program development, marketing, implementation, and evaluation.

- Ability to complete childcare and district background check process and preservice requirements.
