Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the processing enrollment documents and facilitating the admission process for all incoming students. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the processing and receipt of incoming admission applications and enrollment documents (ex: transcripts, test scores, supporting documents, etc. (50%)
  • Learn and utilize all available document management systems integrated through the FVSU admission process while maintain accurate, confidential student records (25%)
  • Manage Dual Enrollment process and communicate with Dual Enrollment students, their parents, and associated school counselors. (10%)
  • Support on-campus Admissions events such as Open House, campus tours, and other events. (5%)
  • Provide an exemplary customer service experience to prospective students, guests, and the campus community (5%)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director (5%)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • One year of professional experience in admissions, or demonstrated experience in data collection, record keeping, and customer service.
  • Documented history of successfully learning and leveraging technology in the workplace.
  • Valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • The work is typically performed in an office.
  • The work typically requires driving for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and assemble/disassemble display materials.
