Indotronix is seeking an Enrollment/Billing Associate in Bethlehem, PA Position: Enrollment/Billing Associate Location: Bethlehem, PA Duration: Contract to hire Job description: Responsibilities: •Review billing system setup for accuracy and update bills per service requests. •Perform procedures on simple to mode***ly complex validations and audits to determine over/under payments, identify procedural exceptions and drive resolution in compliance with established procedures and timelines. •Complete assigned audits and special projects. •Reconcile expected versus actuals, and drive resolution of unexplained variances. •Perform and validate the accuracy of cancellation activity to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls. •Collect and validate required documents and data elements required to complete system setup. •Provide timely and accu*** responses to inquiries from internal and external business partners. •Comply with departmental policies regarding ethical and proper use of company equipment. Qualifications: •Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. •1+ years of previous service experience working in accounts payable, accounts receivable or billing required. •Functioning broadband (cable/DSL with minimum requirements 50mb download/20mb upload speed) •Strong computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Excel spreadsheet functions. •Demonstrates a strong focus on customer service when partnering with internal and external business partners. •Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Insurance industry knowledge and experience is a plus. •Basic understanding of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles). •Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. •Ability to work successfully independently and as part of a team.
