Job Title: Open Enrollment Call Center Representative
Schedule: Mon-Fri between 8am and 6pm HYBRID AFTER 2 WEEKS OF ONSITE TRAINING
Start Date: November 4th
End Date: January 31st
Pay: $20/hr English Speakers
$22/hr for Spanish bilingual
Location : Dallas, TX 75231
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls/emails from customers who need assistance with troubleshooting benefits issues
Gather detailed information regarding claim and service issues while documenting in client portal
Partner with internal team members to ensure all requests are handled appropriately and timely
Follow up with insurance carriers to help assist customers with claim issues
Will take a lot of zoom meetings during the work day, must be camera ready\professional at all times.
Requirements:
2+ years recent call center experience, benefits service center experience is highly preferred
College degree is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
Spanish-English bilingual is a plus
