The primary function of this position is to develop and coordinate data-driven communications delivered to a diverse, prospective student audience to increase engagement and enrollment at Winston-Salem State University. Responsibilities include assisting in developing and maintaining a comprehensive communication plan for the Admissions Department in collaboration with the Director of Enrollment Communications. The ideal candidate will have a robust knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management, e.g., Admissions Pros, Slate, SalesForce, etc.) tools or be highly proficient at data management to design and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the university's enrollment goals. The candidate should also be able to identify opportunities to leverage the CRM to improve customer interactions and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues, perform regular updates and coordinate system enhancements in collaboration with the CRM captain.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and deliver regular reports on CRM performance, customer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing and enrollment management teams to ensure alignment and effective use of CRM tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Must maintain strong writing skills for targeted messaging across various platforms.
